FAQ
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
Upon receipt of cleared payment, we typically ship out orders within 1-2 business days.
For most items, we will ship via USPS. Shipping method depends on the item(s) purchased - please read the item's description.
All orders will receive a tracking number upon shipment and will be communicated via PayPal.
Returns are not accepted. ALL sales are FINAL.
Posters are typically single-sided, unless otherwise specifically noted in the item description.
If you see an "ON HOLD" icon next to an item, it means that we are out of stock of that item (the "ON HOLD" icon appears in place of the "ADD TO CART" button). For DVD Exclusives and Posters this usually means we are sold out and cannot get any more, but feel free to inquire in case we can.
If you happen to notice that ALL of our stock says "ON HOLD": this just means the website is in "vacation mode". We are probably performing maintenance or are really on vacation, so all purchasing activity becomes temporarily disabled. If this is the case our eCRATER store homepage will have info for when the website is expected to resume.
